Grapes & Origin

• Sauvignon & Gros Manseng

• IGP Côtes de Gascogne (Southwest France)

Sauvignon adds finesse and complexity, marked by citrus, floral, and herbal notes. Gros Manseng, a Pyrenean variety, brings richness and ripe tropical fruit flavours such as mango, passionfruit, and pineapple. Together, they create a layered, aromatic white with both freshness and depth.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Brilliant, shiny yellow.

• Nose: Expressive and complex, with aromas of peach, cherry plum, exotic fruits, and pear. Delicate notes of mango and white flowers lift the bouquet.

• Palate: Vibrant and aromatic, balancing freshness with a round, fruity character. A crisp acidity carries through to a lively finish.
