It was in 1738 that Mr. Welty planted his first vines on the hills of Bollenberg. Eight generations later, we continue with the same faith and passion, this beautiful family story that binds us so strongly to the land, the vine, and the wine. Every day, our work is guided by the conviction that nature will give back to us what we have given to it.
Our estate has been certified in Organic Agriculture since 2018. Every day, we passionately and fervently apply the principles of this farming method, and we observe the benefits it generates across the entire estate.
Currently, our philosophy has evolved significantly to listen to nature, respect it, understand it, and seek balance. This allows us to produce wines that are as natural as possible, with the purest expression of their terroir.
