Produced primarily using the "Ancestral Method," our wines are classified as Natural Wines, utilizing natural yeast, minimal sulphites at bottling, and zero intervention during vinification. Sourced from vineyards planted between 1900 and 1945, we focus on reviving Chile’s patrimonial vines to produce exceptional wines that honour their origins while ensuring fair compensation for the growers.
