Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 15ºC, away from light. Best served at 15ºC to 16ºC. Decantation is not required. This wine pairs well with lean animal proteins, complementing dishes such as lamb with mushrooms, pork tacos, beef stew, pasta with meat sauce, tuna steak, or grilled chicken.
