Kechris Genesis Red (12 bottle minimum)

Genesis Red is made with Merlot (50%) and Xinomavro (50%). The two varieties are harvested and vinified separately. After the alcoholic fermentation, skin contact for 6 weeks and maturation in oak barrels for 8 months. On the nose there are juicy red fruits, tomato and olive with notes of vanilla, coffee and spices in the background. The body is well-structured with round tannins and a rich finish.
