Vinification
Crafted from our youngest Monastrell plots, which yield small but high-quality productions. Grapes are mechanically harvested at dawn to preserve freshness and low berry temperatures. Cold vatting and pre-fermentation maceration allow for optimal extraction of colour, aromas, and flavour.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by pressing and malolactic fermentation. This wine is not aged in barrel, keeping the pure varietal expression intact.

Tasting Notes
Deep garnet red with violet hues, clean and bright in the glass. Expressive aromas of ripe berries, plum, and raisin dominate. On the palate, the wine is flavourful with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a persistent, pleasing finish.

Food Pairing
Perfect for appetizers, starters, and tapas. Also an excellent match with pasta, fresh salads, and cheeses.
