Grape Varietal: 100% Gewürztraminer
Terroir: Clay-limestone / Certified ORGANIC

Winemaking: Harvested by hand in small crates and whole grapes on the press. Direct pressing (pneumatic press), vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Indigenous yeast, then matured on fine lees until bottling.

Tasting Notes
Visual: Intense, golden yellow colour
Nose: Lovely complexity with notes of exotic fruit, rose, citrus fruit and spices.
Flavour: Full-bodied and complex, with rich, exotic fruit aromas.

This Gewürztraminer Bélénus has a very nice aromatic persistence.

Food and Wine Pairing: Goes well as an aperitif, Asian dishes, strong cheeses and fruit desserts.
