HARVEST The 2017 vintage started as a late ripening year because of the heavy winter. However, thanks to the usual summer conditions, white varieties were harvested late by only a few days, giving grapes a slightly reduced acidity with high alcoholic potential and impeccable health, a significant factor in white wine vinification.
