Tasting Note: Intense red colour with a rich aromatic character of fresh black cherries, sour cherry and plum, accompanied by a pleasant botanical note. Rich body, balance and light aftertaste.
Winemaking Process: The grapes are vinified in the winery using the classic red vinification method, but the contact time of the juice with the stems is increased for better extraction of pigments and tannins. This is followed by malolactic fermentation, which is necessary to reduce the acidity and tannins of fresh wines. After the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in a tank with fine lees until bottling.
