Cellar: Careful handling of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainless tanks. The wine stays in contact with its fine lees in small stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for almost two months.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour. Citrus fruits, peaches with botanic notes and minerality in the nose. Good volume and crispy in the mouth. Fruity aftertaste.
Ageing Potential: Ready for drinking now but with the possibility of development for at least five years.
