Tasting
Ruby-coloured and bright, with aromas of cherries and wild berries. The aging brings spicy and toasty notes. The tannins are fine and elegant, with a juicy finish on the palate.
Food Pairings
Steak tartare, roasted veal, veal chops, and cheese.
