Golden straw in colour, this barrel-aged Chardonnay opens with expressive aromas of pineapple, apple, and pear layered with notes of butter, toast, and toffee caramel. The palate is balanced by freshness and creamy texture, finishing with subtle oak and a persistent, elegant length.

Winemaker’s Story
Made by the talented Irene Gómez, one of Spain’s youngest and most dynamic female winemakers. Irene’s approach to Chardonnay is both classic and bold — capturing ripe Mediterranean fruit while preserving tension and finesse through barrel fermentation and lees ageing.
