Cava Papaioannou Cabernet Sauvignon (by the case)

This wine is made from 25 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vines and was aged for 12 months in French barrels, making for a quite polished and elegant offering. It is characterized by complex and rich aroma of red fruits, butter and caramel. Its taste is balanced and rich in tannins.

Type of vinification - maturing: It matures for two years in oak barrel and one year in the bottle. It can be aged for 5 years.
