Origin: PGI Achaia
Vinification/Maturation: The base wine comes from a blend of 2 Greek varieties grown in the vineyards of Aigialeia. The base wine contains all vintages from 2020 onwards, ensuring stability and complexity in the final product. The second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, where the resulting wine remains on its fine lees for six months with regular stirring. This is followed by bottling and maturing in the bottles for at least another six months.
