Óroman is a tribute to our roots.
Óroman, in Cypriot, means vision, dream. Produced exclusively from the indigenous Yiannoudi variety, our Óroman captures the essence of Cypriot viticulture and our vision for the creation of an authentic, fine Cypriot red wine.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Colour: Deep ruby
Aroma: On the first olfactory contact, aromas of ripe dark fruits such as plum, cherry, and blackberry unfold, blending with notes of tobacco leaves and black pepper. The aromatic puzzle is completed with sweet spices like vanilla and nutmeg.
Taste: Beautifully integrated tannins perfectly balance moderate acidity and a medium to full body, leading to a long finish with sweet spice notes.
Aging Potential: 10 to 12 years

Vinification
The harvest takes place at the beginning of September. Maceration for the extraction of phenolic substances may last until the end of alcoholic fermentation, depending on the phenolic maturity of each vintage. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, the wine matures in French oak barrels, which are 3 and 4 years old, for a duration of 12 months.
