Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 50% - Merlot 50%
Region: Amyntaio viticultural zone.
Winemaking
The Merlot is destemmed and ferments for approximately two weeks at low temperatures, in the presence of French oak. The Xinomavro undergoes semi-carbonic fermentation. After fermentation is complete, the two wines are blended and stabilized through micro-oxygenation, resulting in velvety tannins and a more stable colour.
