Estate Argyros Cuvée Monsignori (3 bottle minimum)

This is a wine with consistent quality and proven modality that impresses and is ideal for a wide range of combinations with flavors of the sea. Made from 200 year old 100% Assyrtiko vines. After vinification 20% of the wine matured for 6 months in 500 L French oak barrels. The colour is yellow with green highlights, the nose has good intensity, with relatively complex aromas reminiscent of minerals, lemon and citrus blossoms. Full-bodied, round, crisp, racy acidity with a long finish. Can age for 6-8 years.
