Origin: Vineyard of the Limassol Krasochoria region.
Vinification: Skin conduct method is applied between 4 to 12 hours, then we are proceeding with vinification process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 15° C. After fermentation the wines stayed in their lees for a maximum period of 2 months during which the juice was stirred twice a week.
Tasting: KEO Xynisteri is a dry white wine, characterized by its bright green-yellow color. It has an explosive fruity and floral character, dominated by aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. In addition, it is possessed by a harmoniously balanced citrus flavor such as lemon, lime, banana, green apple, pineapple, melon, kiwi, lemon blossom and jasmine. Pleasant wine with harmonious taste and durability in the aftertaste.
Gastronomy: Accompanies fruits, cold cuts and by its own. Ideally served at 10°-12°C.
Awards: The wine was awarded in national and international competitions.
