The AES Ambelis winery was founded in 1992 with the vision of producing wines of unique character and premium quality. Located on the slopes of Kalo Chorio Orinis in the Nicosia district, 28 km southwest of the capital, it features a distinctive architectural design. The two-level structure includes modern winemaking facilities, an underground cellar for barrel and bottle aging, and a tasting and reception hall.
Surrounded by a three-hectare vineyard planted with Maratheftiko and Shiraz grape varieties, the estate is meticulously managed using environmentally friendly farming practices to ensure exceptional results.
