Originating from Bordeaux and perfected across the globe, Cabernet Sauvignon finds a powerful and elegant voice in this carefully crafted vintage.

Deep ruby red in colour, the wine opens with an inviting and layered aromatic profile. Ripe plum and juicy cherry lead the way, followed by delicate hints of green pepper, while subtle notes of smoke, spice, and black pepper reveal the influence of 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels.

On the palate, Boutari Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, structured, and beautifully balanced. Silky tannins and vibrant acidity support its strong character, delivering depth and complexity without overpowering elegance. The finish is long, aromatic, and memorable, leaving behind refined oak and fruit nuances.

Crafted through traditional red vinification, the wine undergoes extended extraction and controlled-temperature fermentation with selected yeast strains. Malolactic fermentation with fine-lees stirring enhances its velvety texture, while oak maturation adds complexity and finesse.

Serve at 16–18°C to fully appreciate its character. An ideal companion to grilled red meats, roasted dishes, and hard yellow cheeses.
