This wine is made from 25-year-old Agiorgitiko (St-George) vines and was aged for 12 months in French barrels, making for a quite polished and elegant offering. The bouquet is that of cherry, cassis, anise and cocoa. It is full-bodied with a good amount of tannins, ensuring a decade of aging ahead.

Type of Vinification - Maturing: Classical red fermentation. It is aged for one year in oak barrels and continues to mature in the bottle for six months. It can be aged for ten years.
