Vinification/Maturation: Alcoholic fermentation and extraction in stainless steel tanks at 23˚C. Post-fermentation extraction at 20˚C. Total extraction time: 14 days. Carrying out and completing malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging in new French barrels for 12 months, of which 4 are sur lie. It remains in the cellar of the estate after bottling for six months.

Organoleptic characteristics: The colour is bright, clear, and deep ruby. On the nose, it has depth, power and density. The aromatic character is focused on red fruits – sour cherry, blackberry, red cherry – along with spicy characters, aromas of dry herbs and a touch of minerality. In the mouth, it has a medium to full body with interesting acidity and very quality tannins, while aromas of red fruit, earth and metal dominate, along with tobacco and spices. The aftertaste is long and complex with continuous evolution.
