Made with Assyrtiko 80% and 20% Malagouzia hand harvested organic grapes. Long fermentation with grape skins in clay amphora with indigenous yeasts and matured in clay amphora with skins for 270 days without added sulphites. There is no treatment and not filtered. The colou is rich with an amber colour, on the nose earthy and complex with aromas of nuts such as walnuts and almonds, dried fruits, jams citrus, acacia honey, tea and spices. On the pallat gentle tannins, balanced acidity, complex and exuberant aftertaste. A unique wine that can accompany many different foods.
