Vinification: Whole-bunch press. Fermentation under cold temperatures in 225 litre old oak barrels. Sur-lees maturation for 4 months.
Tasting notes: Complex aromatic profile of stone and citrus fruit. Medium body with refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.
General characteristics: Fruity, medium bodied, lightly oaked.
