Eradus Pinot Noir “Single Vineyard” (by the case)

Made with 100% Pinot Noir from the Brêloft vineyard in the Awatere Valley, Marlborough. Low cropping vines with high leaf to fruit ratios enable the winery to create ripeness, concentration and complexity. When vinification begins the juice is left in contact with the skin to extract a bright colour and a beautiful, ripe level of tannins. The Pinot Noir grapes are elegant and sophisticated and they introduce a hint of oak as to complement these characters, not to overwhelm them. The wine is aged Pinot Noir for 8 months before bottling. Drink young and cellar your other bottles for 15 years. An “old world” Pinot Noir style with a “new world” character.
