Made with 100% Pinot Gris from the Brêloft vineyard in the Awatere Valley, Marlborough. Low cropping vines with high leaf to fruit ratios enable the winery to create ripeness, concentration and complexity. This is rich yet refined, opulent yet beautifully defined. The bouquet is filled with ripe pear, mango, citrus and potpourri then the succulent and textured palate flows to a gratifying finish. This wine pairs very well with spicy paella or pan fried scallops.
