Anatolikos Vineyards, founded in 2005 by Sakis and Marios Nikolaidis, is located in Avdira, Xanthi, in Thrace, Eastern Greece. Avdira, an ancient city of Thrace, began reviving its historic vineyard in 2000, with Anatolikos contributing by cultivating Greek and international grape varieties on the dry, sandy hills at 50-70 metres altitude, just 2 km from the Thrace Sea. The region’s cool winds and unique microclimate enhance the quality of the wines.
The vineyard produces seven certified organic wines, focusing on traditional varieties from Avdira and Thrace, while expanding its reach both domestically and internationally, adhering to bio-agriculture principles.
