Tsipouro Makedonias Arhontiko is produced from excellent raw materials. The unique local grape variety Amasi or late Almopia is an area with a long tradition and culture in the distillation of tsipouro. The selected variety is high in its alcohols and, for this reason, gives excellent results in distillation. The distillation of this unique raw material is carried out in small copper abysses, a method that ensures complete control of production and a very high-quality result.
Tsipouro Makedonias Arhontiko bears a taste of sea saltness; it has sweet notes of flower honey and a botanical aftertaste.
Tsipouro Makedonias Arhontiko (harvest 2018) won the Gold Award in the renowned Thessaloniki International Wine and Spirits Competition 2019.
