Dalgona Coffee with a twist.
This work of Art was created by Nicole Kriaris using Nektar Frappe powder coffee and for an extra twist she included a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream.
Recipe: Mix together in a medium sized mug 2 table spoons brown sugar, 2 table spoons Nektar Frappe instant Coffee and 2 table spoons hot water. Using a hand whisk you whisk the 3 ingredients until the sugar has completed melted and you have a think froth. This takes some time but is worth it in the end. Once you have the thick dark coffee froth ready in a new clean glass add milk (almond milk also works) 1-2 ice cubes and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then pour your dark coffee mixture over the top and enjoy.
