Anatolikos MV Mavroudi of Thrace (12 bottle minimum) QC

Made with Mavroudi 60%, Merlot 20% and Cabernet Sauvignon 20% hand harvested organic grapes. Fermented in French oak barrels for 12 months and not filtered when bottled. This wine has a shiny red purple colour, on the nose it starts with discreet aromas and develops into a bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, dry plum and fig, pine tree honey, coffee, cacao, roasted almonds. It offers soft tannins, balanced acidity, fruity aromas with a long and complex finish.
